I understand that life happens, and schedules can shift. My intention is always to be flexible and compassionate, while also honouring the time, energy, and preparation that goes into holding space for each session.

Cancellations or Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice are fully refundable.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% fee, unless the space can be filled. This helps honour the time, energy, and resources already dedicated to your session.

No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged the full session rate.

Emergencies: Of course, genuine emergencies do happen—and in those rare cases, no fees will be charged. I simply ask that you communicate with me as soon as you’re able, and we will find a compassionate resolution together.

Commitment & Respect: When you book a session, you are making a powerful commitment to yourself. Showing up fully for this work is part of the transformation. Your time matters—and so does mine. Thank you for showing up with care.
